Durham & Chapel Hill, NC
Summer Camp Assistant Counselor (Full-time, Seasonal)
Looking for energetic, responsible assistant counselor for boutique summer camp. Interest in the outdoors is a must.

June 10th - August 20th, 8AM - 1PM, M-F

Engage with children ages 3.5 - 6 in a fun and meaningful way
-
The right candidate must be able to carry out set lesson plans as well as create fun experiences and activities based on child-led engagement

Must be available for 5 days a week but weeks are flexible.

Animal or outdoor education experience preferred but not required.

CPR and My Little Farmer training included.

Must have prior childcare experience

Pay: $14/hr + School Credit
Social Media & Digital Content Creator Internship (Internship)
Have a knack for digital content creation and videos? We are looking for a savvy and driven social media intern to create on-brand animal/farm content that meets current trends.

Must have experience with Instagram and/or TikTok

Ideal candidate will have knowledge of social media trends relating to our market space

Ideal candidate can create comical, witty or educational content

Must be a student interested in school credit OR building portfolio

Pay: $7.25/hr + School Credit
Lead Teacher (Part-Time | Weekends Only)
An experienced teacher (pre-school, educational program, birthdays or otherwise) is needed 3.5 - 8 hrs a day at our South Durham for Saturday and/or Sunday classes, tours and programming.

Engage with kids ages 1-5 in a fun and meaningful way for our Parent/Toddler program at a farm. Each class includes song, story, animal time and a craft.

The right candidate will be able to engage both toddlers and adults.

Ability to carry out set class plans and pivot to meet client and animal needs

Quick on your feet, silly with kids, a hawk-eye for safety.

Must be comfortable with animals and physical work. Horse or animal experience preferred but not required.

Animal/Horse experience AND/OR Singing, Guitar or Ukulele skills highly beneficial.

Birthday Party Staff - Lead and Assistant (Part-Time | Weekends Only)
An experienced birthday party or outdoor education leader is needed 3.5- 8 hrs a day at our South Durham for Saturday and/or Sunday birthday parties.

Sales / Partnership Representative (Part-time/WFH)
Help us to grow our partnership program! Excellent candidates will enjoy working at a very fast-growing, innovative company and will possess excellent skills in building relationships, understanding and gaining insights about farms and farmers, in securing in new accounts and growing them. Computer proficiency is a must as is the ability to work with online technologies. You must be self-motivated, a great team player and have a track record of success.

Within assigned geographic/demographic region of the farming industry, plan and carry out an account management strategy that delivers on company goals to add new practices and grow existing ones.

Build relationships with practice staff and owners to expand use of the company’s location program offering

Through 1:1 meetings with practices, identify and understand their unique business challenges and goals, and present partnership opportunities

Understand the needs of farms, farmers and homesteaders

Work with your Regional Manager, inside team and colleagues to drive results.

Riding Instructors (Part-Time | Weekends and Afternoon)
Experienced riding instructors needed for our lead-line lesson program and pony summer camp.

Must have 10+ years of riding or instructing experience

Ideal candidate is kind and gentle with students | we do not embrace the strict lesson barn culture

Ideal candidate is creative in their teaching and can also carry out a set lesson plan

Must be available on weekends or weekday afternoons. Weekends preferred.
